 Analyze  monit supplier bids, tenders, proposals,  quotation. Negotiation of prices  delivery conditions  to ensure commitment to purchase terms to secure company’s best interest. 
 Establish the vend evaluation system. Yearly evaluation of vends’ perfmance with quality checks, contract review, service level  survey on internal satisfaction
 Monit the quality  timeliness of material  goods supplied. Follow up the status of purchase ders with vend to ensure timely delivery  communicate status of ders with internal teams  gained the positive interaction from user departments.
