Job Description:

1. Lead the lean production and CI (6 sigma) project to save the cost. 
2. Conduct and lead the Lean/6 sigma project in operation and office. 
3. Well understand the ELSS (Eaton Lean Six Sigma system), train the ELSS for all employee of plant. 
4. Coordinate the project and training assigned by division and APAC. 
5. Conduct the ELSS system into practice in process of production and office. 
6. Make the reporting about Lean/6 sigma, performance frequently. 
7. Finish the work assigned by high level manager.

Requirment:

1. Education: Bachelor or above, engineering or industrial engineering background. 
2. Experience : 5 years above in manufacturing environment, 
3. 2 to 3 years above of process /performance management experience, Continuous improvement management experience, Change    management, well understand 8 wastes. 
4. Good communication & Interpersonal skill, Good analytical & Logical thinking method 
5. Excellent language skill, English/Chinese 
6. Familiar with ERP system,  
7. 6 sigma green belt. 
8. Strong operation abilities in Office software (especially in Excel and PowerPoint)
